And right down our street was the town center, there were no stairs, so we could stroll down with our stroller. There were shops, restaurants, cafes, playground for kids, the beach. The apartment is lovely and has everything you could think of. Highly recommend this place!

There are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a beautiful shower and a washing machine. The living room with a large table for 6 people and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully furnished to cook. There are automatic window shutters for the night. Every room has A/C and heather. We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

We really loved it. The appartment had really everything! There was coffee and tea and there was even a breakfast with Nutella. The kids loved it. It was very close to the train station.

It’s just 5-min walk to the train station and a supermarket is simply downstairs of the apartment. Though it’s a bit costly but we will definitely stay there again if we go back to La Spezie.

The room was extremely clean, the mattress was comfy, the room is spacious, it has everything what you need including a washing machine. There is a very good pizza place close by.

It seems like this is the only apartment to rent inside the Marina so you'll be alone without other guests, however the Marina is pretty busy throughout the day and there is a lively restaurant on the first floor. We rented a motorboat for a day (no license required) and it was so much fun. Will definitely stay there again when visiting the area. Plenty of parking at the marina.
